In advance of bargaining to commence later in 2019, PSU-AAUP's Collective Bargaining team is hosting listening sessions with various groups across campus, including members who would identify with a particular caucus. In this case, the Collective Bargaining team is seeking input from all women (including women-identifying) members regarding their work experience here on campus. There are many issues that women AP's, faculty and researchers face here on campus that are sometimes unique and AAUP would like to hear about them. Issues could concern promotion, work load, pay, invisible labor, flexible work schedules, parental leaves, etc. What else?
