She specializes in facilitation, training and consulting services for interest-based bargaining and collaborative conflict resolution, labor-management relations and diversity and inclusion. Reid Friedson, PhD was Constitutional History Teaching Fellow at George Mason University. Most recently, he edited the Bernie Sanders for President National Organizing Guides. In 2013, Dr. Friedson established the Adjunct Faculty Union (AFU) in 32 states and 6 countries.
