Portland metro area voters should have received ballots this week for next month's special election.
It's a brief menu this fall.
Portland Community College, the state's largest post-secondary education institution with roughly 78,000 full and part-time students, is asking voters to pass a $185 million bond measure to pay for renovation at a Northeast Portland workforce center and other job training and workforce programs.
