On February 4th, 2022, the Provost declared in-person instruction should return “as soon as possible” and that faculty “will continue to be empowered to remain remote” (Provost, email). Leadership is hearing from Academic Professionals about whether they feel “empowered” with their remote-work requests to supervisors. Similarly, our Union is now asking faculty to share work-related experiences with their return to in-person instruction.
In short, how does pivoting between in-person and remote teaching impact your working conditions? And, do you feel ‘empowered?’ We would love to hear from you! If you already completed the survey below, we appreciate you very much! If you have not completed the survey below, we would ask for your feedback. The survey will close on February 20th, 2022.
