AAUP is bargaining to create paid family and caregiving leave for the first time at PSU!

To better understand your experiences and needs around family, caregiving and medical leaves, we are asking that you please participate in this survey. The results of this survey will be used to inform our bargaining with administration.

This is a survey for everyone — whether you have taken, or wish you could have taken a leave for sickness, disability, Family Medical Leave, or any other type of situation that required reducing your workload for a period of time, at any time while employed at PSU. 

We are especially interested in hearing from people who did not take leave or used a leave designed for something else (i.e. sabbatical or short-term disability) to fulfil a caregiving, maternity/paternity, or other medical or family need.  

We appreciate how busy everyone is, but we need your input. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your experiences will help us design the best possible paid leave program. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. 

Even if your leave was short or didn’t seem to have a large impact, your experience matters and we are interested in hearing from you.
