APs are still in the process of going through the first level of appeal for the new job classification system. The appeals are taking longer than expected. HR is currently evaluating the possibility of group appeals for those with the same position description. For group appeals, the committee would read through all the materials submitted by APs in that role and then discuss the appeals all at once. This would not require any extra work on the part of the AP, but would greatly speed up the process.
The appeal committee is not currently requesting a meeting with every person that submitted an appeal due to scheduling and time constraints. However, they may contact you if they would like to meet with you to learn more about your position.
