AAUP-Oregon Hires Margaret Butler as Executive Coordinator

Margaret Butler, long-time Executive Director of Portland's Jobs with Justice, will start as AAUP-Oregon's first Executive Coordinator on January 21, 2015.  Margaret, who brings a lot of labor movement and community organizing experience to the position, says "I'm excited to get down to work with AAUP leaders and members to build power for change."  We look forward to strengthening the influence of educators' perspectives on Oregon's universities and higher education policy, with Margaret's help.
