Now that the economic terms of the next CBA have been settled, there are a few more items that must be bargained, as well as the need to draft new and revised language for the contract.
However, HR must start the process of implementing the 2021 COLA now and the Executive Council just approved an MOA to put the January 1st COLA into effect immediately. This piece will need to be ratified immediately, so do keep an eye on your inbox.
