On December 16 we advised that an Administrative Law Judge found the Universities threat to cut off email access to faculty members on strike was unlawful (see article here). The University filed objections to the decision. Anticipating they would file objections, PSU-AAUP filed objections. Oral arguments will be presented to the full Employment Relations Board on February 13, 2015. The hearing is open to the public and AAUP Members may attend. We will advise details as they are made know to us.
