Following the Cudd administration turning off adjunct faculty’s emergency benefit fund, adjunct faculty won an unfair labor practice charge, forcing PSU to restore this funding to help contingent faculty through precarious financial moments. Subsequently, the Cudd administration has tried to do away with this benefit fund entirely at the bargaining table.
