We strive to defend the rights of our bargaining unit through advocacy, collective bargaining, and grievance procedures, and are committed to protecting tenure, due process, and academic freedom for all PSU faculty. We are affiliated with the American Association of University Professors, the nation’s only organization that exclusively represents higher education faculty.

Our union siblings at PCC are organizing to stop cuts in a fight that mirrors our own. Send a letter to PCC administrators here to help PCC faculty and staff address the unfair and inequitable results of the recent Portland Community College (PCC) Self Study process which targets and unnecessarily damages many vital programs at the college.
