MOA Executed to extend deadline to confer on format of collective bargaining

PSU-AAUP and the University executed an agreement today to extend the deadline in Article 43 on conferring regarding the format of bargaining. The deadline had to be extended because of the challenges scheduling meetings. The executed MOA is here.
