PSU-AAUP has been engaging with consultant Yee Won Chong to support our goal of becoming an organization that embraces equity as a critical element of fulfilling our mission. Our work involves several phases, including:
- Level-setting: all day training with Executive Council and staff (completed fall 2020)
- Discovery: implement listening sessions (four were completed in early winter 2021) and e-surveys (this request) to surface the explicit and implicit norms of the organization and generate ideas from staff and members to integrate equity into PSU-AAUP (current phrase)
- 12-18 month action plan (next phase)
