Call for 2026 Nominations Committee Members

The PSU-AAUP Executive Council is seeking members to serve on the 2026 Nominations Committee. We are looking for 1 PSU-AAUP member to complete the committee.

A new Nominations Committee is appointed each year and holds an important role in recruiting and calling on members to serve various roles on the Executive Council. The committee works closely with our Executive Council and Administrative Director to help draft communications to gather interest in potential candidates, confirm the eligibility of members and their willingness to stand for election, and follow the ballot protocols and procedures in our Bylawsand Association Policy.  

Typically, the committee is active January through April for the EC election cycle, but may help in filling vacancies that arise throughout the year. 

Want to join? Please fill out our interest form here. We're hoping to fill the position as soon as this Friday, January 16th. Interested members will need to be formally appointed by the Executive Council and notified of final decisions.
