In Labor Management this week we discussed this contract section, which calls for .8% of total base salaries (including OPE) to fund base salary increases either as determined by interim bargaining as a result of the Academic Professional Classification and compensation study, or as an across the board increase.
Recognizing that we will not likely commence interim bargaining until after Janaury 1, 2018, PSU-AAUP and administration acknowledged that this increase will be an across the board increase.
