CORVALLIS – Student government elections can be a listless affair on any college campus.
Less so when one of the incumbents espouses racist views, pals around with white nationalists and stands accused of a felony hate crime.
Andrew Oswalt, an embattled student body representative here at Oregon State University, faces a recall vote as he simultaneously attempts to capture a second term during this week's campus elections, which end Friday night.
