On May 10 we reported that we reached a conceptual agreement with the University that expiredFDC funds will be made available to the FDC for re-allocation.
Negotiations are now complete and we have an MOU that has become addendum to the CBA. The agreement details not only that the funds will be re-allocated, but how that total amount will be communicated to FDC each year.
