Last Friday the PSU-AAUP Executive Council sent a letter today to Interim President Stephen Percy and Provost Susan Jeffords demanding urgent action on a crisis in the Black Studies department that has been caused by administrative neglect and a glaring double standard in its imposition of budget austerity.
