This note is relevant only to those who have already filled out health assessments for the 2020 HEM benefit. PSU's Office of Human Resources sent out an email on 8/30 with the subject line, “Participation in the Health Engagement Model for 2020 Starts Today!.” It was meant to go out on the 1st. The error could have caused some members to fill out their health assessments too early. Please note that if you filled out your HEM health assessment before September 1, you must do it again before 10/31 to qualify for the $17.50 per month HEM benefit.
