May Paychecks

Your 2025 COLA will appear in your May paycheck. For 9-month employees who have opted to have their pay distributed over 12 months, pay periods run from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month. Because the COLA was effective May 1, it applies only to the second half (the May 1-15 portion) of the salary covered by your May paycheck. All others will see the COLA applied to their entire base pay for the month of May.
 
You can see your COLA-adjusted annual salary by going to your Employee Dashboard in myPSU. From the Job Summary menu, choose Job Information. Choose your position under Current Job. Your updated pay information has a Personnel Date of 05/01/2025. Check to see that your 1.0 FTE Annual Salary Rate is the same as what is provided by the AAUP COLA Calculator. In Banweb, it will probably be a few dollars more because HR rounds up so that our monthly salaries are full dollar amounts with no cents.
