| For this year’s round of Compression, Inversion, and Equity (CIE) salary increases, PSU-AAUP and the University developed and applied an improved model for allocating a fixed pool of funds across eligible faculty. The 2025 CIE adjustments have been delayed and will first appear in November paychecks. Those receiving increases will also receive backpay to September 16 (for 9-month faculty) or July 1 (for 12-month faculty). This table summarizes how this year’s CIE funds were distributed across faculty classifications. |
