PSU-AAUP is exploring retirement and FTE options as harm-reductive alternatives to the administration’s planned layoffs, and we need your input to guide our next steps at the table. This brief survey asks about your interest in potential retirement incentives, phased retirement, and voluntary FTE reductions so we can prioritize the programs that would most benefit members.
