Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler on Wednesday endorsed a “no” vote on Measure 105. If adopted, the measure would repeal Oregon's sanctuary state law.
The move by Wheeler is not exactly a surprise, given the mayor's frequent statements in support of immigrants, including those living in Portland illegally.
