Yesterday, PSU-AAUP members concluded a vote of no confidence in President Ann Cudd’s leadership of Portland State University. Over 85% of members who cast ballots voted no confidence. The vote tallied 479 yeses to 84 nos with 53 abstentions and over 67% of the membership participating. This includes 56 yes and 1 no votes from voting during our rally outside the Board of Trustees. Additionally, PSU classified workers represented by SEIU 503 have begun their own no confidence vote. The results of their vote will be counted on May 1st.
